01The heart of summer
Pool
Set in the middle of the garden, the 50 m² saltwater pool is heated: you can swim from spring right through to the mild autumn evenings. Its pale stone surrounds and wooden deck extend the terrace, with sun loungers lined up facing the water.
From the pool, the eye wanders towards the maquis and the hills of the Alta Rocca. The living room and the poolside suite open directly onto the terrace: from the house to the water is just a few steps.

02The living room
Indoor spaces
Large picture windows, natural stone floors and a local stone wall: the living area brings together the lounge, dining room and kitchen in one light-filled space, wide open to the pool and garden.
Around the suspended fireplace, deep sofas face a large flat-screen TV. The wooden table gathers everyone together for meals, and a wooden staircase leads upstairs.

03Cooking together
Kitchen
Open to the living room, the kitchen is arranged around a large white island with an induction hob and wooden counter, from which you can keep an eye on the pool. Oven, storage and appliances blend into a wall of pale units.
When the weather is fine, the summer kitchen and its OFYR brazier take over beneath the pergola, facing the pool: evening grills are prepared without ever leaving the terrace.

04Five bedrooms
Bedrooms
The five bedrooms, including two master suites, sleep up to ten guests. Each has a 160 × 200 bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and blackout curtains.
On the ground floor, the poolside master suite opens onto the terrace and the garden-side bedroom looks towards the Aiguilles de Bavella. Upstairs, the sea-view suite enjoys a private entrance, a kitchenette and a covered terrace facing the bay.

05Wellbeing
Bathrooms & dressing rooms
Walk-in showers, a freestanding bath, basins set on wooden tops: each bathroom pairs stone or driftwood-toned tiles with natural light. The master suites have their own private bathroom and fitted dressing room.
A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the house: handy for travelling light, even on a long stay.

06Living outdoors
Outdoor living
Beneath the large wood-ceilinged pergola, the covered terrace brings together a long dining table, a low lounge and the summer kitchen with its OFYR brazier. This is where meals are enjoyed, in the shade, facing the pool.
All around, the Mediterranean garden unfolds its lawn, olive trees and maquis plants. Wooden sun loungers dot the grounds, and stepping stones invite you towards the quietest corners.

07The villa and the bay
From the sky
Seen from above, the villa stands out amid the maquis, 200 metres from Pinarello beach. Turquoise pool, terrace and garden form a private whole, turned towards the sun.
In the distance, Pinarello bay and its clear waters remind you that the sea is just a few minutes’ walk away, in Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, surrounded by the finest beaches in South Corsica.

A few images to capture the atmosphere of the house: breakfast on the upstairs terrace, facing the sea, beneath the wooden ceiling and claustra screen; the bright entrance hall that reveals the pool as soon as the door opens.
