- The sea-side master suite, upstairs, with its terrace and kitchenette: a slightly separate space, popular with parents who like to rise early or grandparents who want their peace and quiet.

The budget for a villa for ten, with the figures
The price of a whole villa looks different once divided by the number of travellers. Here is the calculation based on the 2026 rates:
- Low season: from 650 € per night for the whole villa, or from 65 € per person per night for ten.
- High season (15 July to 25 August): for a week at 9 500 €, the calculation is 9 500 € ÷ 7 nights ÷ 10 guests, or about 136 € per person per night.
- End-of-stay cleaning: compulsory, 250 €, or 25 € per person for ten.
- Tourist tax: not included.
Over a high-season week, this comes to about 975 € per person (9 500 € rental and 250 € cleaning, divided by ten), excluding tourist tax and travel. Organising life for ten: shopping, meals, cars
Shopping
On arrival day, plan something for dinner and breakfast: for ten, the first basket fills up fast. The village of Sainte-Lucie-de-Porto-Vecchio is about 3,5 km away (5 minutes by car) with its local shops, and a market is held there on Monday mornings from April to October, according to the Corsican Tourism Agency. For the big shop, the supermarkets are towards Porto-Vecchio, about 18 km away. A shared kitty, topped up by each couple or family, simplifies everything: one person pays, and there is no need to settle up after every meal.
Meals
The fitted summer kitchen facing the pool and the OFYR brazier let several people cook together without being shut indoors. Set up a rota: one pair on shopping, another on the grill, a third on the washing-up. Breakfasts can be provided at extra cost, to be booked the day before, by 17:00. Getting around
For ten, you generally need two vehicles. On-site parking is free. Figari airport is about 40 km away, or around fifty minutes by road, and a transfer can be arranged on request. Central Porto-Vecchio is about 18 km away (25 to 30 minutes); in July and August, allow longer, as traffic builds up around the town. Two cars also give flexibility: one stays available for the beach or shopping while the other heads further afield, for example to the Aiguilles de Bavella, about 1 h 05 min away.
